• All sales are final once an order is submitted.
• We cannot accept returns due to incorrect specifications, change of mind, or minor cosmetic variations.

🛠 Quality & Issue Resolution

While returns are not accepted, your satisfaction is important to us. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or significantly different from your request, please contact us within 3 days of pickup and we will do our best to resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis.
