1. What is The Makers Store?
The Makers Store is the official 3D printing store by The Makers Club at Constructor University. It's a student-powered hub where you can buy prints, request a custom order print and even sell your own designs through our marketplace if you are a club member.
2. How do I place an order?
Simply browse the products on our store and add items to your cart. When you’re ready, go to checkout and fill in your contact details — no payment is needed at this stage. Once you submit your order, our team will review it and get in touch for confirmation.
3. Do I need to pay online?
Nope! Our store does not collect online payments.
After submitting your order, we’ll review it and reach out with next steps, pricing (if applicable), and pickup instructions.
4. Who can use the store?
- Students and staff from Constructor University
- Members of The Makers Club (Basic and Advanced Tiers)
- Members get special perks — see below!
5. What are the benefits for Makers Club members?

• Free 3D prints for workshop-related items
• Standard rates for personal prints
✅ Advanced Tier (€10/month):
• Up to 1KG/month of free custom prints
• Discounted rates for personal prints
• Permission to sell your creations in the store (profit share)
6. What kind of products can I order?
You can request:
• Any kind! (in reasonable sense)
• Custom 3D printed parts
• Functional components for projects
• Club workshop kits
• Personalized prints (keychains, enclosures, gadgets, etc.)

7. How do I submit a custom 3D print request?
Go to the Custom Print Request product, upload your STL file, and fill out the form. We’ll review it and get in touch for confirmation before starting the print.
8. Where and how do I get my order?
Once your order is ready, you’ll get an email, phone call or Discord message. It can be either delivered to your room, picked up at our office (SAC 112) or a designated agreed pickup point on campus.
9. Can I sell my designs on this store?
Yes! If you’re an Advanced Tier member of The Makers Club, you can submit your own 3D models to be listed in the store. The club covers materials, and you earn a % of the profit from every sale.
